Burst of color.

I took this pic a few years ago, in the back yard of my parents home. They have a nice patio and garden area. Along with butterflies, they get a few hummingbirds too. I'd like to snap a still shot of one of those things frozen in mid air. Have to see if they come back around this year.

Let's get this weekend started.

Friday evening. Rowan looking up some tunes on Pandora Radio for the ride to his mom's. Took a few back roads the night before. Had a few more to take to pick up Karryn from Hillsdale the same night.

It can be challenging to find something to shoot at times. Looking through photos, getting inspired and get a sudden urge to take a pic.. This is some hobby lobby wall art my parents have hanging in their home.

He's been away from home for the last 3 nights with his mom. We went to eat at applebee's tonight and got home a little later than usual. He did his homework faster than ever... he couldn't wait to get a game in before bed.
